BabiesPhotographing your little one Natalie is our Baby expert here at Blink of an Eye Studios, so she will be the one looking after you during your Baby Photoshoot Experience. She has been photographing babies professionally for 14 years and Newborns for 8 years and is trained in the safe art of baby posing. She is a mum of two and has photographed 1000’s babies over the years, so she is experienced in settling them too. We have a full range of safe, sanitised props, blankets, hats, outfits, and headbands to utilise for your photoshoot. However, we encourage you to bring items to personalise the shoot to your little one and your family. For example personalised blankets, teddies or soft toys, sentimental items, family heirlooms or something to reflect you or your partner’s hobbies or passions.
What’s the process for a Baby Portrait? We talk to you and get to know you and your baby. We will talk to you about any vision you have for the finished products and any likes/dislikes. We will ask you to bring in something special to you, that helps tell the story of your family and your precious little one. Our shoots take around an hour- which is the perfect time for little ones. Then we invite you back around 1-2 weeks later to view your images in the cinematic viewing room to select your favourites.
Pricing of extra imagesAll our images come fully framed and finished so they are ready to display in your house. Extra images are available from £75 and we do a variety of Collections. Most people spend around £300, some a lot more, some less it depends on your budget. Ultimately it’s the quality of the final images & products that we provide that sets us apart from other photographers in the area.

Why is ‘on the wall’ so much better than home-shot digital images? There’s nothing wrong with photos you take yourself- the first day at school by the front door being my favourite. So Cute! And you can’t hire a professional Photographer to shoot every special moment.
But when you have a baby, they are little for such a short period. And over time, you forget how tiny their fingers are and the funny little expressions they only have as babies. Hiring a professional photographer to produce a photograph that you can look at, every day, is something you should budget for…..like a cot, or pushchair! Unlike all those other essentials, this will last you a lifetime.
