Gunner's Paw-Trait!
Gunner the Black Lab came into us with his ‘hooman’ Jessica recently. He was an absolute star! At the time of his paw-trait with us he was just coming up to 2 years old.
Jessica rescued Gunner when he was just 16 weeks old. He has had a very traumatic time in the past, where the home he was in when he was just a tiny pup, was broken into and he was almost stolen! Thankfully that didn’t happen and he and Jessica are here to tell his story!
Gunner is very attached to his teddy ‘Baloo’ and it goes everywhere with him as he’s had it since he was a puppy. Because of his past experiences, Gunner can be a little wary of men (understandably!) and it took him a while to warm-up to Jessica’s partner. He is also wary of noises he can hear, but can’t see where they are coming from.
So much so, that during his photoshoot he heard our front door click, and couldn’t rest until he had ‘checked it out’ for himself. Of course, we let him do this and straight after (once he had secured the premises for us!) got straight back into his paw-trait, like the true professional he is!
